Altcountry and post-rock and all that sort of thing are a different kind of indie, aren't they? A bit like zenith says... they're what I was listening to when I wasn't so much into indie anymore. Non-indiedisco indie. At the risk of sounding like a_closet_indieist , not 'indie' but 'alternative'.
