Maybe not incredibly rare, but this one is much more about sex than it is about Christmas - I guess levering Christmas into a sex song is the rarity I am really claiming. Doesn't matter - it's great anyway. And the White Christmas there is as ridiculous a vocal performance as you'll ever hear (Yi-I-I-I'm dreaming...), unless you study Clyde McPhatter's career some more (he's the high voice), as his work with Billy Ward & the Dominoes was the most extreme and mad singing ever, especially on The Bells, where he takes emoting to a level no one else could even have conceived as a possibility.

danperry tells of a semi-legendary 'xmas song' whereby sexploitation booty hit "Knockin The Boots" got re-released in the December after its first appearance, with no difference at all except the words "AT CHRISTMAS" yelled on every chorus.
