Crikey readers WITHOUT CLICKING can you guess which member of Take That is NOT reforming for the reunion tour.

Who should they get in to perform his BITS?

And oh why not....

I was feeling guilty for setting up a poll instead of doing my work.

Never feel guilty for promoting discussion of Take That.

My favourite ridiculous boyband lyric:

'Most of my friends were strangers ... when I met them'

Great song tho'

The funny thing about the That is that circa their peak was probably also the peak of my indie-ism, and yet I could never bring myself to hate them even then, was never under any illusion that Pray and Back For Good and Never Forget were brilliant songs.

Yes there are very few boy bands I like. Monkees and Beatles is about it. Then again I don't like most manufactured girl bands apart from Les Girls du Spice and the odd GA song bcos Nadine is the cutXXor init. But then I remember the Nolan Sisters.... :-/

ah, wheras I had to SEE to BELIEVE.

(and I don't even have the excuse of being indie-ist. My muso-ism allowed for many genres, but I DENIED the shiny pop of my youth)

I have no idea why, but I can never seem to type anything in any of the comments boxes thing, so I can't admit that my favourite boy band was 5ive. And I probably shouldn't, except that I just did.

This must mean Mark Owen's disappointed with only selling 7 copies of his rather good "How The Mighty Fall" elpee.

I thought that "Four Minute Warning" was a good song.

Mark Owen has at least THREE good singles. This is as many as Robbie!

Mark's last two albums are basically good all the way through! "Alone Without You" is particularly underrated. I think most poptimists have a soft spot for "Believe In The Boogie" too.

Actually, "315" and "Wasting Away" off his last album should be heard by more people, the former is basically a JC Chasez song, and the latter is a MASSIVE ANGSTY ROCK SONG ALERT on which his lithp is particularly great.

"Truesteppers, you're out of your mind. Dane, you're out of your mind. This tune's gonna punish you!" SO CLASSIC! I bought the Truesteppers album for 99p last year.
