Yes, but I know what (I think) kat and ms_bracken are saying - the "you" isn't really addressed to anyone in particular. it's sort of like she's singing in the DIRECTION of you, the listener, but it's like you're invisible. you kind of sense she's singing to someone behind you, but you can't actually turn around and see who, if anyone, is there.
(i'm sure that's EXACTLY what they meant, in fact ;)
