The risk here though is you spend all your time fussing about shape (to the point where it becomes your EXCUSE not to complete and then pitch your idea). When you should be thinking first and foremost about outcomes and the minimum resources required to deliver them. Worry about the details - inc. precise shape - later.
I think you really do know what you want already - or at least Frank does.
