WHHYYYYY

...is there a godawful cover of the Smiths' Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before playing on Capital Radio?

what is this work of unalloyed genius?

Oh my god his version of 'Toxic' is the most noxious thing I've heard this year, really really skin-crawlingly awful.

I thought it was a bit disappointing from the man whose previous effort (not including production duties) was the totally genius 'Ooh Wee' featuring Nate Dogg and Ghostface Killah.

Let me tell you what they say when I'm pulling off my drawers
They say ooooooooooh weeeee!

Yes: totally genius, though I remain open minded to the cover of Stop Me... I can't decide if it's awful or ace.

It's great! I like it more than the original! (Well, obviously I am just saying that to annoy Smiths fans, but I think it's an interesting thing to do to the original anyway!)
