d00ds i feel horrific. however, listening to zane lowe* (yes i know; i've had very little sleep) struck me with the idea that with today being in association with union strike action and the number despair it is time to BRING OUR YR POWER BALLADS. i know we've done power ballads before but i am thinking a broader definition of power ballads within yr music taste. this is to no particular purpose other than 'let's listen to some youtube,' essentially.

*actually mr lowe has started doing this quite good thing where he has a face-off with another dj and at least half of the music is reasonably listenable for an hour. also i quite like when he flirts with scott mills at the start of his show these days but that's a completely different matter & besides the OTP is obvs. nerm and d-code. i may spend too much time on the iplayer.
