The Czech entry - thanks to dorsalstop for suggesting this singer - was literally the only thing I could find on slsk, except for something that never got past a queue and a band covering "Immigrant Song" at 32kbps. They seem an unmusical lot - they have never entered Eurovision! - and I think the managerial job is a poisoned chalice, but should they get through I'm happy to throw it open to any out-of-work managers out there.
