I may post a full review of Year of the Gentleman later, when I've sorted out my thoughts more fully, but for now, this highlight:
Completely no-frills, production very conservative, but seriously, all it needs is that 24-karat bassline and itself. (I'm inclined to say at this point that it's one of the best things he's done since In My Own Words, but I traditionally don't trust my word on such things until a week on at a minimum, haha.) Definitely a grower, mind: took me a few times for it to hit me, because its simplicity made it easy to overlook.
