the piece is pretty entertaining in its own right (ok in a melancholy way) but also interesting (to me anyway) bcz
a. larouche made "baby boomers" the (last-ditch) constructed enemy
b. it turns on different modes of media as the gathering point for groups, in a positive AND a negative sense (myspace = "Orwellian brain-washing operation")
