y'all didn't think that I could bump like this
I've been puzzling for the past week or so over exactly what Eve's new single 'Tambourine' reminded me of - the soul sample brings to mind Christina Aguilera obv but that wasn't it. Then I saw her brilliant new video and it was suddenly obvious - the Stefani! It's odd, when 'Let Me Blow Ya Mind' came out it was a really unlikely collaboration, but both of them have clearly learnt a lot from each other.
Eve's also v good on the terrific new Kelly Rowland single - the amazing 'Gotsta Go', which was doing the rounds last year, is still on her new album; together with this lovely summery bouncy thing, this makes Kelly R the unlikely source of my Most Anticipated album of this year...
