while we are on subjects of bemusing things people are suddenly saying for 0 reason, where do the following come from and what do they mean:

8080 was a thing in the nuilx url that has since vanished when we went to nuilx 1.2

I like Lovefool. This has caused me MUCH UNDESERVED SCORN from my peers!

Cardigans were often really, really great. The ultra-twee early records are loads of fun, and they only got dull for me in the mid-period. Surely no-one needs to hear Lovefool ever again, it's like You're Gorgeous to me now...

The Manics got a tick from me purely because of Nina's vocals, which lift the whole thing out of the plod-rock mire.
