there are lots of bridges i like in songs which don't really have a chorus e.g. Kraftwerk's 'The Model'. the 'bridge' is so distinctive there but it just leads to the bigger melodic hook - no vocal chorus as such.

"little things I should've said and done..." also sprang to mind but as we've discussed before...one of the most minimal 'choruses' ever there no?!

'Voulez-Vous' by Abba also popped up - an interesting bridge of sorts that one, again the shift in the song v distinct, and this time the chorus is more trad and a fitting pay-off.

that's made me think of 'Tainted Love's bridge in turn - a great one. and 'Don't You Want Me's is great too. 80s bridges rools pbs.

has the bridge died a death somewhat?
