Pop Family Trees

It's Andy Partridge's daughter!

I can't listen to them as I'm at work, but they could be a bit Pipettes, a bit Faders. Plus all three of them make me seriously wonder about my sexuality.

Ooh I like this. It sounds like the Pipettes if they were their own backing band. Very traditional-sounding girl band, in the best possible way...and a bit Josie And The Pussycats too, which is always a good thing. Cheers for bringing them to my attention! xx

Poor Holly, who is immediately identifiable as the Young Partridge.

Quite good, albeit in that girly-60s-power-pop way that we've heard 100 times before. Anyone who likes this should also be listening to the Essex Green album, although both of them are about as indie as you can get, aren't they?

Her voice is surprisingly ballsy - I expected it to be cutesier and girlier in a Pipettes manner.

By which I mean, there's a half-decent soul vocal lurking in there - I'm intrigued as to what the Lex will make of this.
