Of unity with parody, tragedy or comedy, probably publicity...

The saga continues with the longest Ultramix yet (in it's online form at least). You can actually spend an entire working day immersed in the sounds of 1993, even the ones you didn't like then and still wouldn't now (there's bound to be a few) - but all mixed up as was not the style of the time. Listen, at least just the first time, without prejudice ;) Full tracklisting is here. Much more condensed CD version to come in a few weeks. In the meantime...

These are 256kbps MP3s of varying sizes but no one part is longer than 30 minutes so it might be a bit easier to access any section that may emerge as your favourite.

This is a much more summery mix than the last one but you appear to have left out Mr Loverman, Oh Carolina AND Informa. Go back and do it again.

Actually ignore me, I am only one-third wrong.

What do you mean we need a break from the old routine?

I loved Oui3.

time to change the oil in the motor, instead of sticking to the same old rota

Ha, funnily enough I finally got around yesterday to burning the parts of Ultramix92 I liked best onto CD. Wot timing.

Looking forward to hearing parts 13 & 14 of this.

Also pleased to see Marxman made the cut, if only briefly.

Summery's the exact word for it! I keep semi-recognising things that I must have heard ambiently at the time and not since, it's awesome.

Gosh, I was completely unaware that they'd covered that. And here's me thinking I was an Bananarama expert...
