The fourth official has made a report to the referee after mostlyconnect was seen publically attempting to vote. This one could be going to a FIPA disciplinary committee.

We are fully aware of FIPA policy! When we last heard, it was NO CRIME for managers to managers to LET IT ALL HANG OUT despite FIPA attempts to make the game only safe for ARMCHAIR ISLINGTON JAMES BLUNT FANS etc.
