Best Song of 2004: Heat #8 run-off

Britters, Kelis, Usher and Gwen are all through, but we have a tie for the last qualifying place in 2004! J-Kwon has overdone it on the Babycham and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have finally mastered the vertical axis, but only one can go through - I'll abstain and cast my vote if there's another tie.
