UK Charts to include streaming?

Also there are some interesting figures in there for singles sales over the last couple of years:

2003 - 30,888 singles sold
2004 - 32,266
2005 - 47,882
2006 - 66,925
2007 - 86,562
2008 - 115,139

i don't get these figures as the bbc report actually says 30 million for 2003 (which makes much more sense) so why do they list in thousands on the side? maybe the list works well as a 'average sales for a #1 single' too tho?

Tell that to MCPS, etc. It's interesting that singles are actually selling more tho; I know ringtones etc. count but I had garnered the impression that generally people couldn't be 4r5ed with singles anymore; there must be some acts ie: McFly who might be selling more singles now, despite lower chart placings?
