I don't think it is - it's from her latest album (2005 I think?), Smoke In The Shadows, on which everything sounds like that (dark-sweary-drunken-jazz-funk-cabaret) and which is the only Lydia Lunch I've heard (I know about her older records but never got round to getting them).
