katstevens is getting us to nominate our candidates for 2001 this week, I figured some of you might have itchy ticking fingers.
So, I've gathered together forty-four tracks that didn't quite qualify for the 2000 final. If you feel one of your favourites got a bad draw in the heats, here's your chance to extract some measure of justice. It's a second chance.
(Kat's hinted that she might let the winner of this poll sneak through into the finals proper. No promises though.)
The selection procedure to qualify for this second chance:
