POPFITES 7 and 8!

The vagaries of a random draw can sometimes throw up early matches that might well have turned up later in the tournament. Our first one today is definitely one of these - one of pop's great icons vs one of pop's great (nay only) 'chameleons'. And our second fight? Somewhat of an undercard...

I love Blondie's big hit singles but I've always found Debs kind of flat as a pop star: which is the glossy point, sure. Whereas Bowie is a prize spanner but interesting even when making a tit out of himself.
